Web-store Shipping Policy (This does not apply to in-store sells)
Web site orders placed by 10am Tuesday - Saturday (PST) will ship in 1-2 workdays for in stock items. Items temporarily out of stock will ship once we’ve received the item(s) from our supplier. We will notify customers by email and/or phone if an item is out of stock and delivery will be delayed. An email will be sent with tracking information for products once they have been shipped. If an item is urgent please contact our sales staff at info@columbiascooters.com for further information.

Please note that while we will do our best to make sure it arrives by your requested date, we cannot guarantee a particular shipment or delivery date and will not issue a refund or credit if the item does not arrive by the requested date.

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected. Odd shaped, large, or heavy items may be more expensive to ship, please keep this in mind when ordering. We do not charge tax as all items are shipped out of Oregon, and the State of Oregon does not have a sales tax.

International Orders
Our shipping rates online are for USA customers only. We are not able to ship out of country at this time.
